Job Description

The responsibility of the Host & Community Manager is to manage the day-to-day aspects of our coworking business. You will be the first person who engages and connects with our community members and keep them engaged in person and online. You're outgoing, interested in small business marketing, and always cheering people on! This role is full-time Monday - Friday. Some occasional evenings and weekends once workshops and events resume, but we promise those are fun!

Expected Tasks
  • Keep the lab clean, organized, and fully stocked on coffee (VIP stuff)
  • The ability to build relationships with coworking members and labmates
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of the lab daily
  • Engaging and possibly maintaining some aspects of social channels
  • Plan and execute socials, online events, and workshops
  • Manage all coworking memberships and lab passes
  • Deliver a monthly newsletter to our community
  • Work with the team on special projects
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Reports directly to Creative Director
  • Works closely with our Project Manager
  • Collaborates with the creative team
  • Could eventually move into a senior leadership role and over see the client experience team
